Boaters can utilize the community boat ramp, less than a mile away, while everybody can make the most of the home’s one-acre grass lot and 176 ft of waterfront property by playing yard games (cornhole, kanjam, croquet), swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. At night, gather around the fire pit under the starry sky, sharing stories and reminiscing on sweet memories.
After a full day of exploring the lake, go inside to play board games, do a puzzle, or curl up with a good book. Downstairs, everyone can gather for some fun-filled competition around the foosball table or at the vintage gaming system. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, baby gates, a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and stellar lake views from the garage.
When you’re not relaxing at home, you can spend the day sampling the many local restaurants, breweries, or wineries, play a round of mini golf, or head to Lake Anna State Park for a hike.

Summary: We really loved the house. All the rooms were well lit and had windows for plenty of sunlight. Everything in the house was clean and well maintained and the bathrooms were recently renovated. The upper deck is the highlight of the property, large and with plenty of seating and a table for dining outdoors. We’d definitely stay here again.

Summary: The views were outstanding and it was a quiet location. Having kayaks and paddle boards were a nice addition. The house is on the smaller size but the deck is huge and was very comfortable when watching the sunset. We found the beds a bit uncomfortable but it was nice having TV in each room.

Summary: It rained most of the time during our stay and we still had a fabulous time. The property is beautiful and the home was so cozy. Because the water was so warm, we were able to enjoy part of the day in the lake. One night we were able to relax on the deck with a fire. It was gorgeous.

We fished, we swam, we boated, we played game, and the best part was the time spent on that new beautiful deck and patio. We can't wait to return to relax and make more memories.

Summary: We loved going for a kayak ride or swim and then cooling off under the new patio. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, as well as the view of the lake, eagles and blue herons. In the evening after grilling, we relaxed in front of the propane fire or down at the fire pit by the lake after a night swim. Will certainly want to return.

Summary: We were here for five days and absolutely loved everything about the "Lake House". Everything needed was already there and Food Lion, Dollar Stores and other resupplying establishments were available within 10 minutes for anything else. There is also a great selection of restaurants conveniently around Lake Anna. From the deck, the direct view of the lake is wonderful and the sunrises are both spectacular and brilliant. This is a special place for families and/or couples to spend some time at. We will certainly return often.
